I am Patricia Kearns a Systematic Kinesiologist.
I work with people to discover the root cause of their chronic pain and use gentle natural techniques to bring about long lasting relief.
I am particularly interested in helping those who love the outdoors but are hampered by joint-pain, stiffness or old injuries.
For many years I suffered from lower back pain and I know how limiting this can be when you want to participate in outdoor activities.
Through Kinesiology I discovered that the root cause of my problem was a muscle imbalance in the lower back. I learned how to fix it for myself and now I no longer worry about my back, hips, or knees causing problems when I’m out and about.
I give my clients simple but powerful techniques that they can use themselves to ease pain quickly even when hiking through the forest or climbing a mountain.
From personal experience I believe this type of self-care is invaluable as it is available to all of us 24/7.
