This Learn Mindfulnss in Nature, Wandering and Sit-Spot Practice course is taking place every friday evening from the 18th of September until the 30th of October.
We will be learning techniques for natural mindfulness and the wilderness education core routines of wandering and sit-spot practice. The course will provide the basics of some wonderful and playful nature connection techniques for people with none or very little experience in these practices which might improve one’s health and well-being and encourage a deepening of one’s connection to nature and oneself’s inner true nature. In this course you will learn a few lovely basic techniques used in nature therapy, forest therapy, forest bathing and wilderness education. You will come out with a basic set of tools to develop your own senses and see the environment around you with new eyes and ears (and possibly other senses).
A second/advanced course which will guide you to deepen the practice and experience will follow in November/December (if enough people are interested).
