The Hollywood Haunting brings the latest in outdoor entertainment to Sligo this Halloween.
There will be an afternoon show for the family at 3pm each day. Choose from Hotel Transylvania and Monsters Inc and the All New Goosebumps.
For the evenings
Staged at the IT Sligo Knocknarea Arena car park this Drive-in Movie theater brings movies back to life with a terrifically entertaining event for all the family to enjoy.
Keeping within Covid-19 guidelines the event will be viewed by small groups from the safety of their own cars with the soundtrack piped into cars through FM radio and viewed on a very large outdoor screen, but keep your eyes peeled for zombies ghouls and vampires roaming the car park ready to devour anyone bold enough to leave their vehicle.
Be Afraid…. be very afraid…. This event will be a night to remember for a very long time……..
The Hollywood Haunting brings the light and magic of Hollywood and the smoke and mirrors of theatre together for a weekend of movie madness guaranteed to scare you half to death and bring the other half back to life.
Drive-in Movie Horror Experience for both Children and Adults in aid of Friends of Sligo Hospital Charity to be held in IT Sligo.
30 October: (MOVED TO 18 DECEMBER)
The early show is Monsters Inc for younger children,
The evening show is ‘Goose Bumps‘ suitable for young children and
The evening show is ‘Scream‘
31 October: (MOVED TO 19 DECEMBER)
The day show is Hotel Transylvania for very young children,
The early show is ‘Hocus Pocus’ suitable for younger children and
The evening show is ‘IT’ suitable for older children with parental guidance.
The movies will be brought to life to enhance the whole experience. So expect to be thrilled and scared.
The event is 40 euro per vehicle plus booking fee. Cars are encouraged as larger vehicles with be place at the rear of the event. Larger vans will not be allowed and will be refused entry to the event.
